Bass Lake — The water is warm and the level is at 75 percent capacity. Kokanee is biting better. They can be found by the dam area at 30 to 50 foot depths. A few trout can be found by the dam at 30 foot depths. A few bass can be found.

Hume Lake — The water level is holding steady. Fishing is good.
Lake Kaweah — The water level is very low. Crappie are biting on minnows and jigs. Bass bite is good. They are biting on crank baits, jigs and top water. Dropshotting can also be used to catch them. Blue gill are biting on red worms. Catfish are biting good on anchovies and chicken liver. Trout can be found, but they are very deep.

Millerton Lake — The water level is dropping a foot a day. Fish is plentiful. Bass bite is OK. Small spotted bass are biting on a variety of lures.
Pine Flat Reservoir — The water level is dropping slowly. The quality of fish caught here is good. Catfish can be found at Deer Creek Marina and around Pine Flat Lake Resort. They can be caught using chicken liver and anchovies. Trout are being caught at night using a light with minnows as bait. Bass bite is okay.
Shaver Lake — The water level is dropping slowly. Small mouth bass are biting on crickets. Trout and kokanee are being caught at night using floating lights. Trout can be caught using chartreuse or orange powerbait.
Huntington Lake — The water level is dropping. Trout can be caught off Dam 1 and Renteria Creek using powerbait or nightcrawlers.
Trollers are using needlefish or wedding rings. Kokanee bite is better. Big kokanee can be found in front of the dam at 30 to 50 foot depths.
Wishon Lake — The water level is coming up. The water is on the ramp. Bank fishermen are using mainly powerbait and nightcrawlers.
Trollers are fishing 3-4 colors lead core and using frog-colored flatfish or frog-colored needlefish.
Courtright Lake — The water level is low, but boats can still be launched.
Edison Lake — The water level is low, and fishing is OK.
Hensley Lake — The lake is closed by Corps engineers because of low water levels.
Patriot Sportfishing — On Wednesday, 30 anglers aboard the Pacific Horizon caught 20 assorted rockcod, 30 red rockcod, 24 lingcod, 240 bolinas and 10 cabezons.

If conditions permit, the following lakes, reservoirs and ponds, listed by county, will be restocked with catchable-size fish from Department of Fish and Game hatcheries.
Tulare County — Kern River from Brush Creek to Fairview Dam, Kern River from Fairview Dam to Falling Waters Lodge, South Fork of Middle Fork Tule River at Camp Nelson.
Fresno County — Kings River below the Pine Flat Reservoir, San Joaquin River below the Friant Dam.
Kern County — Kern River from Democrat Beach to Lower Richbar, Kern River from Powerhouse No. 3 to Riverside Park, Kernville, Kern River from Sandy Flat to Democrat Beach.
