TOPAZ LAKE: Fishing has been OK. Anglers are not catching a lot of limits, but are averaging three to four fish per person. The best action has been in the middle of the lake, using nightcrawlers while trolling. For shore fishermen, the best action has been on the east bank using nightcrawlers. Fish are averaging 1 to 11/4 pounds. Not many large fish taken recently. The lake level has risen a little. Access is good. Details: Topaz Marina at 775-266-3550.
