Arbuckle: December 13. Elevation 4 1/4 ft. below normal, water 48 and stained with algae bloom present. Crappie good on jigs around brush piles. White bass good on spoons around drop-offs in main lake. Bass is fair on jerk baits, drop shot and jigs. Report submitted by Jack Melton.
Blue River: December 16. Elevation below normal, water 42 and clear. Trout good on garlic scented power bait, orange power worms, super dupers, rooster tails and corn. Fly-fishing is good on Hare's ear, wooly buggers, pheasant tails, and zebra nymphs. Smallmouth and spotted bass fair on flies and soft plastics. Channel catfish fair on stinkbait and cut minnows. Broken Bow: December 14. Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair on jig and pig at 20-25 ft. around structure and islands. Catfish fair on trotlines and juglines with cut bait. Crappie slow. Walleye picking up on crawdad colored deep running crankbaits around islands and bluffs.
Eufaula: December 15. Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water clear. Largemouth bass slow. White bass slow. Blue catfish slow. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs inside boat docks with brush baited underneath. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.
Hugo: December 14. Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 66. Crappie fair on minnows around brush piles. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw and Bryan Counties.
Konawa: December 16. Elevation normal, water 50 and clear. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on minnows and jigs at 15 ft. in the discharge canal. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Daryl Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
Lower Mountain Fork River: December 3. Fishing has been fair to good according to most reports. Zone 2 would be where I would like to spend my time. Zone 1 has been quite good too, especially in the more restricted "red zone". Good flies have been various caddis flies, midges, and streamers. Wooly bugger has also been producing well. Also various egg patterns, Y2K bugs, San Juan worms, etc. Report submitted by Beavers Bend Fly Shop.
McGee Creek: December 15. Elevation normal, water 60 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastic lures at 12-20 ft. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.

Pine Creek: December 15. Elevation normal and clear. Bass good on jig and pork frog combos around rocks and creek inlets. Crappie are slow. Catfish are fair on cut shad on jug lines. White bass are good on white grubs in lower part of the lake. Report submitted by March Hannan, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
Robert S. Kerr: December 14. Elevation and murky. Crappie slow at 10 ft. using minnows fishing the brush and stump fields in the old creek channels. Blue and flathead catfish slow at 15-30 ft. using fresh cut shad on trotlines and juglines fishing in the old Arkansas River channel. Sardis Lake: December 14. Bass fair to good on crankbaits around points and creek channels and on spinnerbaits around cover, warmer afternoons best. Crappie good on minnows off of Jack Fork Bridge, on live minnows off of the tower and on pink, green and black grubs around brush piles, activity is better on sunny days. Flathead catfish slow juglines or trotlines with live bait. Blue and channel catfish fair on juglines and trotlines with cut bait or shrimp. White bass good trolling around islands and on plugs. Texoma: December 14. Elevation 1 1/2 ft. below normal, water 56 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair to good around the deep points. Striped and white bass fair to good from Platter Flats south. Channel and blue catfish fair to good in the Washita River arm. Crappie fair in Widow Moore, Rock and Kansas creeks.
