Lake Kaweah — The water level is coming up. Trout are biting on powerbait. Crappie are biting good on minnows. Bass are biting good on spoons. Blue gill are biting on red worms and nightcrawlers.
Hume Lake — The water level is steady. There are no reports of anyone fishing.

Millerton Lake — The water level is steady. The bass bite has picked up, and the striper bite has dropped.
Pine Flat Reservoir — The water level is holding steady. Trout bite has picked up for trollers, and they can be caught shallow or flatline. The bass bite are tough.
Shaver Lake — The water level is dropping slowly. Trout bite are consistent. They can be caught using flashers, nightcrawlers or wedding rings trolled. The catch is better for trollers than shore fishermen. Kokanee, measuring 11-to-12 inches, are biting OK.

On Wednesday, 11 anglers aboard the Pacific Horizon caught 75 assorted rockcod and 10 red rockcod.
